General Cancellation and Refund Policies
-
Reservations and Payments
-
All reservations require a non-refundable initial deposit of 30% of the total trip value to guarantee availability.
-
Full payment must be completed no later than 60 days before departure (unless the provider specifies a different deadline).
-
Cancellations by the Traveler
-
Up to 90 days before departure: refund of 70% of the total value (the deposit is non-refundable).
-
Between 89 and 60 days before departure: refund of 50%.
-
Between 59 and 30 days before departure: refund of 25%.
-
Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: no refund will be issued.
⚠️ Important: Some services such as airline tickets, cruises, safaris in Tanzania, resorts in the Maldives, and private tours in Egypt/Jordan/Thailand may have more restrictive conditions imposed directly by the providers. In those cases, their specific policies will apply, and will be notified at the time of booking.
-
Booking Modifications
-
Changes of dates, names, or services are subject to availability and additional charges from the providers.
-
The agency will apply a fixed administrative fee of $50 per person for each modification requested after the booking is confirmed.
-
Cancellations by the Agency/Providers
-
If the agency or its providers cancel the trip for reasons attributable to them, the client will receive a full refund of the payments made.
-
If the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, government restrictions), the following will be offered:
-
Rescheduling of the trip on a new date, or
-
Issuance of a travel credit valid for 12 months.
-
-
Travel Insurance
-
The agency strongly recommends purchasing international travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
-
In case of cancellation, the insurance (if purchased) will be responsible for handling any additional refunds.
-
Online Purchases
-
All online purchases are processed in USD (U.S. dollars).
-
The client will receive an email confirmation with booking details and the applicable cancellation policies for their service.
-
The policies published on the website form part of the contract between the agency and the traveler.
